I made it to the airport
For a number of reasons (an unexpected interview with a murderer at Angola state prison, too long a breakfast, and the fact that I totally missed the road to the airport) I checked in at 11.55, only five minutes before the plane was supposed to leave. And I still made it to the direct flight!!! The plane is a little delayed, but only 15 minutes. Miracles still happen.
